I have a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Texas Christian University as well as a Master’s and Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Texas at Arlington. With expertise in instructional design, leadership training and development, new hire on-boarding, and a commitment to lifelong learning, I am uniquely qualified to support your organization’s efforts to redesign the workplace.
